MANAGEMENT TEAM and
KEY PERSONNEL
Bradley A. Blackburn, MD is the President and Chief Medical
Officer of MSN Imaging. He is a board certified radiologist with a
fellowship in Interventional Radiology. He trained at both Mt.
Sinai Medical Center and Yale New Haven Medical Center. Dr.
Blackburn has been in private practice for over twenty years and
has been owner and operator of his own facility since 1999.
Joyce Scott is the Chief Operating Officer for MSN Imaging.
She has been with MSN Imaging since November 1999. Joyce has been
involved with multiple aspects of medical imaging since 1980,
including but not limited to CT scanning, MRI, Special Procedures
and General Radiography. In addition, she has worked extensively
in Clinical Applications both technically and managerially.
Joyce's primary management responsibilities are overseeing the
activities of the imaging center, the business office, the
clerical and technical staff and the building in it's entirety.
Joyce has an associate's degree from Cuyahoga Community College in
Allied Health Science.
Sandra Blackburn is Controller for MSN Imaging. She has been
with the group since January 2000 performing all accounts payable
and internal accounting functions. In addition, she is in charge
of payroll and benefits, as well as accounts receivable tracking
and assistance when required. Sandra earned a BS in Mathematics
from the University of Vermont, earned an associate designation in
the Society of Actuaries and has post-graduate work in accounting.
Thomas Grimes is the Director of Sales and Marketing for MSN
Imaging. Thomas has been with the organization since September
2003 and is primarily responsible for all aspects of sales
execution, market forecasting and business development. Thomas
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John's University and
brings over eight years of medical sales experience from both the
Cleveland and New York City markets to the position. Thomas can be

Alexandra Litschko, Director of Business Operations, has been
with MSN Imaging since January 2000. Alexandra has been previously
employed within the medical field in various capacities including
most recently Billing Coordinator/Accounts Manager for a portable
radiology company. She currently provides insurance company
contracting, accounts receivable supervision including billing,
appeals and collections, and special projects/new business
opportunities. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Cleveland State University.
Anita Irish is the Director of Clinical Operations for MSN
Imaging, having come to the organization from Southwest General
Health Center where she held a variety of supervisory positions.
She is responsible for the technical staff and inventory and has
extensive experience in X-Ray, Operating Room, Mammography, and
holds an Advanced Registry in cardio-vascular medicine.
Kris Conrad is the Office Manager for MSN Imaging. She has
been with the organization since March 2000 and oversees the daily
activity of the Business Office.
